一、来源
废弃泥浆;
起、下钻作业时泥浆的流失及带出的岩屑;
地面设备及钻井工具的冲洗水;
井场生活污水等。
 
Origin:
Waste mud;
Mud loss and debris produced during and after drilling operation;
Flushing water for ground equipment and drilling tools;
Sewage in the wellsite and so on.
    
二、水质特征
     钻井废水具有点多、面广、污染物种类复杂、间歇性排放及不可控排放等特点,成为石油行业比较难以管理和处理的废水污染源之一。钻井废水含有泥浆中的各种组分,组成复杂,主要污染物有悬浮物、重金属、油、酚、硫化物等。其组成和浓度随泥浆体系(钙处理泥浆、聚合物泥浆、磺化泥浆等体系)的变化而变化。 钻井废水水质具有色度高、悬浮物含量高、CODcr值高,且其有机质的生物可降解性差的特点。
 
Water quality characteristics
Drilling wastewater is one of the most difficult sources of waste water pollution that is difficult to manage and deal with in oil industry, which has many characteristics, such as a wide range of surfaces, complex types of pollutants, intermittent discharge and uncontrollable discharge. Drilling waste water contains various components in mud, and its composition is complex. The main pollutants are suspended solids, heavy metals, oil, phenols, sulfides and so on. Its composition and concentration vary with the change of mud system (calcium treatment mud, polymer mud, sulfonated mud, etc.). The quality of drilling wastewater is characterized by high chromaticity, high suspended matter content, high CODcr value and poor biodegradability of organic matter.
 
三、技术方案
    本公司针对各油田不同泥浆体系钻井废水的水质特征,通过大量的室内研究及现场实践,研发了一套具有广泛适用性的“混凝和高级氧化集成处理钻井废水”新技术。
 该集成技术解决了钻井废水处理难题,具有较好的应用前景。目前本公司拥有以下两项关于钻井废水处理的国家专利技术。
 1.一种去除油田钻井废水中有机成分的方法及其装置。
    2.一种用于油田钻井废水处理的集成化工艺与装置。
 
Technical characteristics
In view of the water quality characteristics of drilling wastewater in different oil fields, a new technology of "coagulation and advanced oxidation integrated treatment of drilling wastewater" has been developed through a large number of indoor research and field practice.
The integrated technology has solved the problem of drilling wastewater treatment and has a good application prospect. At present, our company has the following two national patent technologies for drilling wastewater treatment.
1. a method and device for removing organic components from drilling waste water.
2. an integrated process and device for oilfield drilling wastewater treatment.
